Amazon Kindle e-readers

The Kindle Fire is a tablet computer version of Amazon.com's Kindle e-book reader. The Kindle Fire has a color 7" multi-touch display with IPS technology and runs a version of Google's Android operating system. It includes access to the Amazon Appstore, streaming movies and TV shows, and Kindle's e-books.

Kindle Touch is a touchscreen version of the Kindle; available with Wi-Fi  or Wi-Fi/3G connectivity. The device uses the same 6 inch E-ink screen of the previous Kindle model, with the addition of an infrared touch-screen control. The Kindle Touch has a capacity of 4 gigabytes and battery life estimated at two months

Kindle DX Graphite On July 1, 2010, Amazon released a new revision of the Kindle DX "Graphite" (3rd Generation Kindle DX).  The new Kindle DX has an E Ink display with 50% better contrast ratio and comes only in a "graphite" case color.  Like the prior Kindle DX, it does not have a Wi-Fi connection.
